Sample Menu

• Roasted Butternut squash soup
• Wild mushroom risotto
• Oven roast tomatoes, grilled asparagus and Buffalo mozzarella
• Baby spinach salad with grilled goat’s cheese and toasted pine nuts
• Smoked salmon platter served with soda bread
• Mediterranean stuffed peppers
• Grilled Portobello mushrooms with melted blue cheese on a bed of rocket
• Crab and corn cakes with chilli dipping sauce

Main Course

• Coconut coated salmon in filo pasty
• Tuna steaks with a tomato salsa
• Feta and herb stuffed chicken with red wine shallot sauce
• Chicken with basil, sun dried tomatoes and red pepper
• Fillet of lamb with honey and mustard sauce
• Fillet of duck with a cranberry and orange sauce
• Beef stroganoff served with timbale of rice
